What you need to know

Technology waits for no one, and our needs are constantly changing.

That’s why we are excited to embark on this new journey! Our team has been working hard transitioning to our new system and we’re excited to be able to better serve you, our members. To safely and properly migrate our data to the new system we will close from Saturday, February 26 to Monday, February 28. We will reopen on Tuesday, March 1 with our new system in place.

Changes to Expect

Serving our members well has been at the forefront of our transition and our goal is to ensure you are taken care of while we go through this migration. It is important you know that our Share and Loan IDs will be changing, but rest assured, all current automatic withdrawals and deposits you have set up will continue to post to your accounts as usual.

To set up new automatic withdrawals or deposits, you’ll simply use your new share and/or loan ID. Additionally, our Prime Savings and High Yield Savings accounts will be changing to Emergency Savings and Long-Term Savings accounts.

Updated look and feel of your accounts, transaction receipts, and member statements

A few other changes we think you will like, include:

The ability to make principal-only payments in online banking

Streamlined experiences for online account and loan applications

A simpler way to update your address in online banking

If you are using any Intuit product to manage your finances, you will need to make changes to your software. Please follow these instructions and ensure you download a backup of your files prior to February 25th and complete the required upgrades by March 1st.

Steps to Take Before the Conversion

During the Conversion

To make this system migration possible, Red Rocks will be temporarily closed Saturday, February 26, and Monday, February 28. This closure will enable us to migrate our data safely and accurately to the new system.

While we are closed Saturday, February 26 and Monday, February 28, you will be able to:

  • Use your Red Rocks debit and credit cards
  • Write checks
  • Complete ATM transactions
  • All deposits received for future posting will be deposited into accounts on Friday, February 25th, 2022
  • Call us or visit a branch
  • Submit online loan applications or forms
  • Conduct Shared Branching transactions
  • Access online and mobile banking

You will temporarily be unable to:

Though you will have limited access to services during this timeframe, rest assured that your accounts are completely safe, and you can look forward to an enhanced Red Rocks experience once the conversion is complete.

Steps to Take After the Conversion

When the transition is complete on March 1, you will once again have full access to your accounts and to all Red Rocks member services, including in-person service at our branches.

Following our transition, there are a few steps you may need to complete in order to resume all the services you enjoy:

  • If you use our external Web Bacon payment services for loan payments, you will need to re-register for loan payments by clicking here.
  • Set up automated account withdrawals and deposits using your new account number.

RRCU will be closed Saturday, February 26, 2022 – February 28, 2022 in order for the system migration to take place. We will re-open for business on Tuesday March 1, 2022.

Online/mobile banking access will be temporarily disabled during our migration. You will have access to:

  • Use your Red Rocks debit and credit cards
  • Write checks
  • Complete ATM transactions

Yes! The security of your personal and account information is a top priority and will be secure during our migration.

Here are some things we recommend you do prior to our system migration date.

  • All online and mobile banking users that utilize Quickbooks or Quicken software should complete these steps to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Conduct all in person and/or online banking transactions by 6 PM on Friday, February 25th.
  • Consider withdrawing cash for the weekend.
  • Apply for a new loan before 5 PM on Friday, February 25th!

No, your online banking login information will remain the same.

When you log in to online banking, you will be able to see all credit union accounts that you are a primary and joint owner on.

No, your member number will remain the same.

All future dated electronic deposits received by the credit union on Friday, February 25th, will post then. Any current direct deposits to your Red Rocks accounts will continue to post as normal.

Yes, you will still be able to use your HELOC Debit Card at merchants. To use your card at the ATM, you will need to elect the “Credit” option to withdraw funds.

Yes, you will still be able to use your Emergency Savings Card. To use your card at the ATM, you need to elect the “Savings” options.

We are upgrading our system to provide you an enhanced member experience.
