What you need to know

Technology waits for no one, and our needs are constantly changing.

That’s why we are excited to embark on this new journey! Our team has been working hard transitioning to our new system and we’re excited to be able to better serve you, our members. To safely and properly migrate our data to the new system we will close from Saturday, February 26 to Monday, February 28. We will reopen on Tuesday, March 1 with our new system in place.

Changes to Expect

Serving our members well has been at the forefront of our transition and our goal is to ensure you are taken care of while we go through this migration. It is important you know that our Share and Loan IDs will be changing, but rest assured, all current automatic withdrawals and deposits you have set up will continue to post to your accounts as usual.

To set up new automatic withdrawals or deposits, you’ll simply use your new share and/or loan ID. Additionally, our Prime Savings and High Yield Savings accounts will be changing to Emergency Savings and Long-Term Savings accounts.

Updated look and feel of your accounts, transaction receipts, and member statements

A few other changes we think you will like, include:

The ability to make principal-only payments in online banking

Streamlined experiences for online account and loan applications

A simpler way to update your address in online banking

If you are using any Intuit product to manage your finances, you will need to make changes to your software. Please follow these instructions and ensure you download a backup of your files prior to February 25th and complete the required upgrades by March 1st.
